A scholarly elder and a rough cowboy type that sort of glommed on to the elder and is trialing along with him enter a medieval Gothic-style stone house in the city. Books are everywhere. They start looking through them. The cowboy surprises the elder by knowing how to read. "Here's one about a bar over on Vashon" the cowboy says. "And quite a few in Russian" the old man replies. Into all this comes a short bony gaunt man who is clearly a servant, but who is also clearly in charge of the place. They attack him: "It seems your order has done quite a bit of research on the local geography and history" the elder says. "And Russia" the cowboy adds. "It is nothing so sinister" the servant replies. "Let me explain." Everyone is in 1800s, Sherlock Holmes era clothing.
