I had fifteen minutes to write on any topic I chose. This is what I wrote:
Extroverts fascinate me. They talk about getting energy from other people. I wish they would stop getting it from me! What happens when two extroverts meet? Do they drain each other? Does one start to pull ahead in the energy suck race, and the other one slowly turns into an introvert? That's not what seems to happen when my mother's family gets together. Maybe I feel so drained in those situations because they are all ganging up on my to feed their yakity yak frenzy. I wish they would plug themselves into the wall rather than me! I wonder if I can get an aftermarket upgrade, something I can place between them and me, for them to plug into rather than me. It would be like those pregnant suits - an introvert suit.
