Today I got on the bus behind a woman who had just finished putting her bike on the rack on the front of the bus. I noticed that her backpack was moving. Then I realized that it was looking at me! She had a small dog in a harness in there, "seatbelted in" by hooking the harness to the doohickey meant to hold her keys.
