Does anybody actually read these surveys before they launch hordes of telemarketers at us consumers with them? Today I was participating in a phone survey about online banking. The person asked - I Am Not Making This Up - "Do you deposit checks, cash, or coins online? Over the phone?"
Ummm, no. I tried stuffing them through the mouthpiece on my phone and they didn't fit.
