Pierced noses aren't any big deal anymore. This guy, however, went farther than most people: each nostril is pierced with a hollow cylinder at least a half-inch diameter. It looks like he has a cylinder going through his entire nose! And to top it off, he's wearing a full-length fur coat. Now that's style! (I guess...)
