Will someone please launch an organic restaurant already? Preferably in Seattle! <g/> Vegetarian places are popping up all over the place now that vegetarianism is going mainstream, but they don't necessarily use organic products. Besides, there are plenty of meat lovers (e.g., me) who have switched to organic.
Ummm....just think about it: appetizers, salad, entree, and of course dessert, all organic and healthy and good for you. This place would rake in the bucks!
