Lots of people live in foreign-to-them countries. If I was one of these people I would still want to get CDs, movies, magazines, and such from my home country. These sorts of items are easy to get online, however I would have to pay international shipping, and certain of the items (e.g., home-country-regioned DVDs) might not even be available. Or the websites might automatically shunt me over to their local-country version rather than letting me shop from the one for my home country.
The business idea here is an ex-pat mailing service. This way I would have a home country address, have everything shipped there, not pay international shipping, not mess with change-of-adress notifications; it would be like I lived in my home country. Every so often the mailing service would ship my accumulated packages and mail bulk freight over to wherever I happened to be living that week. If there is something I really want Right Now they would overnight it to me.
